Cub Scout Application	-	Fill this form out and turn it in to your Cubmaster to join Cub Scouts.
Adult Volunteer Application	-	If you would like to volunteer for an adult leadership position in the Pack, fill this form out and turn it in to your Cubmaster.
Local Tour Permit Application	-	Our Den and Pack Leaders fill out this form and fax/send it to the District Office two weeks prior to any trips under 500 miles. It provides an added level of insurance for all Scouts attending our outings.
Vehicle Information Form	-	The BSA tour permits require information from each adult driving on our outings. Please use this form to send your vehicle and driving information to our Outdoor Coordinator.
Outing Permission Slip	-	This is the permission slip for the next Pack outing. Parents should fill out this form and turn it in to their Den Leaders.
Editable Permission Slip	-	This form (RTF format) is for Den and Pack Leaders to use as a basis for Outing Permission Slips.
Scout Supplies Lists	-	Lists of supplies needed by Pack 793 Scouts.
Uniform Inspection Sheet	-	These are the guidelines we use in awarding Scouts the "Best Uniform" award at Pack events.
Pinewood Derby Rules	-	These are the rules for our Pinewood Derby traditionally held in April.
Marble Tournament Rules	-	These are the rules for our Marble Tournament held in January.
Scout Camping Gear	-	A list of items Scouts should bring to our Pack campouts.
Scout Winter Camping Gear	-	A list of items Scouts should bring to our Pack Winter campouts (or Winter Camps).
